<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities. At the same time, we aim to maintain stable dividends while strengthening our financial position and building internal reserves in preparation for future business development.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering further enhancement of corporate value and industry trends, we have decided to implement a dividend of 8 yen per share. Although the Company is able to pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends—we will pay only the year-end dividend based on full-year financial results.</p>
