<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Regarding profit distribution, the Company maintains a basic policy of securing necessary retained earnings for future business development and strengthening its financial position, while positioning the return of profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We are committed to implementing dividends on a stable and continuous basis.
While various indicators exist for determining dividend levels, the Company considers the dividend payout ratio—an indicator showing the level relative to net income for the period—as an important metric. Our policy is to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders based on this indicator. Retained earnings will be allocated to the development of proprietary products in response to rapid market changes, research and development for new businesses, and other initiatives aimed at expanding our business and enhancing corporate value.
Regarding dividend distributions, the basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period, with the decision made by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of September 30 each year, subject to board of directors approval.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, as the Company recorded a net loss for the period, we regret to inform you that dividend payment will be suspended.

Our basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends, with dividend payout ratio as a key metric for shareholder returns. We primarily pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, though interim dividends are also possible. We allocate retained earnings to in-house product development and research and development of new businesses to enhance corporate value.
