<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

<span style="font-family: 'MS Mincho'; font-size: 12px">We recognize returning profits to our shareholders as an important management priority. At the same time, we also recognize the need to strengthen our financial position, enhance our competitiveness, and build internal reserves for future growth. Our basic policy is to make dividend decisions by comprehensively considering all these factors.</span>

<span style="font-family: 'MS Mincho'; font-size: 12px">Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while interim dividends are decided by the board of directors.</span>

<span style="font-family: 'MS Mincho'; font-size: 12px">Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of September 30 each year, subject to board of directors approval.</span>

<span style="font-family: 'MS Mincho'; font-size: 12px">For the current fiscal year, we have decided to pay a dividend of 4.50 yen per share based on the above policy. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for this fiscal year is 25.3% (consolidated dividend payout ratio: 21.3%). We intend to allocate retained earnings to debt acquisition funding and other purposes to support future business expansion.</span>
