Management Policy
Sidax Group is advancing a CSV (Creating Shared Value) strategy that aims to create a positive cycle between social and economic value, centered on its management philosophy "Everything for the Children of the Future." From fiscal year 2022, the company established a new management framework of "Mission, Vision, and Values" to enhance employee engagement and drive innovation through co-creation with customers and partner companies. The company has also adopted an ESG/SDGs management policy to address a wide range of social issues, including environmental responsibility, labor and human rights considerations, customer satisfaction improvement, and community contributions.
Sidax Group has formulated a medium-term management plan "Re-Growth 2025" covering the period from March 2023 to March 2025. Key initiatives include revenue growth through focus on three core businesses rooted in solving social issues, and accelerated growth through active investment in human capital. The company targets revenue of 146.4 billion yen, operating profit of 7.1 billion yen, and ROE of 26% by March 2025.
