<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
To further strengthen our corporate foundation, we intend to suspend dividend payments to shareholders and retain earnings internally. For the time being, we will maintain a no-dividend policy. We plan to use retained earnings to improve course facilities and equipment in response to visitor needs.
Regarding dividend frequency, our articles of incorporation stipulate that dividends will be paid once per fiscal year at the end of each business year.
The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting.

To strengthen our financial foundation, we will retain earnings without paying dividends for the time being. We will use retained earnings for course maintenance and equipment improvements. Dividends, when paid, will be distributed once per year as stipulated in our articles of incorporation.
