<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Given the nature of our business as a membership-based golf club operator, we believe that delivering an enhanced club experience to our members represents the best return of profits to our shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The shareholder meeting is the decision-making body for this year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year, we have decided to pay no dividend due to an operating loss.</p>

<p>The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, with dividend decisions made at the shareholders' meeting. Given the nature of the business as a membership golf club operator, the Company considers the realization of an enhanced club experience for members to be the optimal way to return profits to shareholders.</p>
