<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">　The Company operates on the basic principle of providing stable dividends over the long term. Dividends from retained earnings are distributed once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with the decision made by the shareholders' meeting.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">　Based on this fundamental policy, at the 103rd Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on August 28, 2025, the Company decided to implement a dividend of 5 yen per share (total of 13,338 thousand yen), consistent with the previous fiscal year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">　Retained earnings are reserved for improvements to the Company's financial position and capital expenditures.</p>

<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable dividends on a sustained basis. Dividends are paid once per year as a final dividend, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Retained earnings are reserved for improving our management foundation and funding capital investments.</p>
