<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company has made continuous efforts to ensure safe and stable operation of its power plants and to pursue rationalization and efficiency improvements across all business operations. However, given the Company's capital base and current financial situation, we have not yet secured sufficient dividend reserves to enable consistent dividend payments. Additionally, considering necessary investments in further safety enhancements at existing power plants, we currently need to focus on building internal reserves necessary to strengthen our management foundation.<br/>　The dividend decision-making body is the shareholders' meeting.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>

<p>Given the current financial situation, we do not have sufficient earnings to sustain ongoing dividends. Therefore, at this stage, we are not paying dividends and instead are focusing our efforts on building up retained earnings necessary to strengthen our business foundation. The decision to pay dividends is made by the shareholders' meeting.</p>
