<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Our basic policy is to pay dividends in accordance with business performance.Our basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.For the 20th fiscal period, we recorded net profit of 262,510 thousand yen and were able to eliminate accumulated losses. However, in consideration of the need to continuously enhance corporate value, strengthen our financial position, and build sufficient internal reserves for aggressive business expansion, we regret to inform shareholders that we have decided to forgo annual dividends for this period.Our Articles of Incorporation provide that "the Company may, by resolution of the Board of Directors, distribute surplus earnings as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the final shareholder register as of June 30 each year."

Our basic dividend policy is to distribute dividends in accordance with business performance, with two payments per year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. Regarding retained earnings, we maintain a policy of allocating funds to continuously improve corporate value, strengthen our financial position, and support active business expansion.
