<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company considers returning profits to shareholders while enhancing corporate value through business growth and expansion as one of its important management priorities. Dividends are determined with consideration for consolidated business performance, financial condition, and dividend payout ratio, while prioritizing stability and continuity. In accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board resolution with a record date of September 30 each year. Surplus dividends in each fiscal year are paid twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends. The interim dividend is decided by the board of directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting.For the current fiscal year, the Company will pay regular dividends of 120 yen per share (comprising interim dividend of 60 yen and year-end dividend of 60 yen).Retained earnings will be allocated to research and development, capital expenditures, and strategic investments aimed at creating innovative technologies, providing attractive new services, and expanding business domains. 　Surplus dividends with record dates in the current fiscal year are as follows.
