<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">As a private broadcaster serving the public interest, the Company is committed to strengthening its management foundation over the long term. Our basic policy is to provide stable, continuous dividends to shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">In principle, we pay year-end dividends once annually as our basic policy. Interim dividends may be paid depending on business performance. The shareholder meeting decides on year-end dividends, while the Board of Directors decides on interim dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, while maintaining stable dividends as our foundation, we have determined a regular dividend of 30 yen per common share, taking into account our business performance and future business developments.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">We intend to use retained earnings to strengthen broadcast facilities in preparation for anticipated multi-media, multi-channel, and digital developments, thereby fulfilling our role as a regional media company.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, upon Board of Directors resolution.</p>
