<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management policies. In addition to maintaining a stable operational foundation and improving return on equity, the Company implements appropriate profit distribution in line with business performance on a continuous basis. The Company uses consolidated dividend payout ratio as its key indicator, with a basic policy target of 50% or higher (with fractional amounts rounded to the nearest whole number).


The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends from retained earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting.


Additionally,the Company's articles of incorporation provide for interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. Interim dividends, when paid, are determined by the board of directors.


The Companyintends to use retained earnings for future business investments to strengthen and expand its operational foundation in response to anticipated intensifying competition within the industry.


Regarding the dividend for the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, the Company had projected a dividend of 10.00 yen per share. However, taking into account full-year business performance and in appreciation of shareholders' continued support, the Company has revised this to 11.50 yen per share.
