Our basic policy is to enhance corporate value through business expansion and growth of the Company and its group, thereby providing shareholders with even greater returns on their investment.</span>

<span style="font-size: 12px">The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</span>
