<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

The Company considers returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities.


Our basic policy is to implement dividend payments linked to business performance. At the same time, we will strengthen our financial foundation and maintain internal reserves for future business development, while continuing to provide stable dividend payments.


To enable flexible dividend and capital policies, our Articles of Incorporation provide, pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, that the Board of Directors may resolve to distribute surplus twice per year. However, for the time being, we will continue to pay dividends once per year based on the fiscal year-end, without implementing interim dividends.


Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, the Board of Directors resolved on May 11, 2017 to pay a year-end dividend of 12 yen per share as originally announced, for a total of 66 million yen.

The company's basic dividend policy is to distribute profits linked to business performance. While maintaining stable dividends, the company also retains earnings internally to strengthen its financial foundation and prepare for future business expansion. The company plans to continue paying dividends once per year (at fiscal year-end), while also maintaining the flexibility to implement semi-annual dividends as part of its dynamic dividend and capital allocation strategy.
