<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:27pt;">The Company considers returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management policies. Our basic approach is to pay dividends in accordance with business performance, while also building sufficient internal reserves and strengthening our corporate foundation for future business development. We are committed to maintaining stable, consistent dividends.</p>

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:27pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings twice per fiscal year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting.</p>

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:27pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">For the current fiscal year, we expect to maintain adequate internal reserves. Accordingly, we have set the year-end dividend at 50 yen per share.</p>

<p>Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends in accordance with business performance while maintaining stable dividends by building up internal reserves with consideration for strengthening our corporate structure and business expansion. We distribute dividends twice annually as a basic policy: interim dividends and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to prepare for future operational facility improvements and to strengthen our financial position, thereby working to enhance our management foundation.</p>
