<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to pay dividends from retained earnings once per year, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for such dividend payments. However, the current operating environment presents challenges. Our transportation business relies on various subsidies from national and local governments, including operational support and equipment maintenance subsidies. Our other business segments also continue to face difficult conditions. As of the end of this fiscal year, our retained earnings stood at negative ¥234,320 thousand. Recognizing that business continuity is of paramount importance, we are committed to securing a sound financial position and stable earnings structure sufficient for future business development before implementing dividends based on each period's performance. Accordingly, we have decided to continue with no dividend distribution for this fiscal year as well.</p>
