<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company recognizes the importance of returning profits to shareholders and is committed to strengthening its business foundation to withstand economic downturns while maintaining stable, continuous dividends for shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The decision-making bodies for these dividend distributions are the shareholders' meeting for the year-end dividend and the board of directors for the interim dividend. The Company's articles of incorporation stipulate that "the board of directors may resolve to pay an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year."</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, the Company has decided to pay a dividend of 3 yen per share. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for the current fiscal year is 25.7%.</p>
