<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

　Our Group recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Regarding profit returns, we will implement dividends commensurate with profit growth while comprehensively considering our financial position and operating results, with the aim of continuously maximizing corporate value.


　Our basic policy is to pay a dividend of surplus earnings once per year based on the fiscal year-end date. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of September 30 each year, subject to Board of Directors approval.


　Regarding dividends for the current period, we regret to inform you that we will not pay a dividend. This decision reflects our need for capital to fund strategic equipment investments necessary for sustained business development and enhanced corporate value, as well as the uncertain business outlook resulting from the spread of COVID-19.


　Retained earnings will be allocated as medium- to long-term business resources for strategic equipment investments and other initiatives to support sustained business development and enhanced corporate value.


　Regarding the resumption of dividends, we will announce this promptly once we are able to disclose such information.


　Our Group will continue to make every effort to realize the resumption of dividends.

We will implement dividends that are commensurate with profit growth, taking into comprehensive consideration our financial condition and business performance. Dividends will be paid once annually as a general rule, based on the fiscal year-end date, with interim dividends also possible. Retained earnings will be utilized as a source of funds for medium to long-term business activities, including flexible capital investments.
