<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group recognizes the importance of shareholder value and considers returning profits to shareholders as one of our most critical management priorities. We are committed to implementing balanced returns while maintaining necessary internal reserves to strengthen our financial position and prepare for future business development, taking into comprehensive account business performance trends and the operating environment.
Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making authority for dividends is the Board of Directors for interim dividends and the General Shareholders' Meeting for year-end dividends.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Company may pay interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering the above policy, the operating environment surrounding our Group, and future business strategies, we regret to inform you that we have decided to forgo the payment of year-end dividends to shareholders.

We aim to balance shareholder returns with financial strength by considering business performance, operating conditions, and other factors while building reserves for future growth. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. Our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends as circumstances warrant.
