<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's shareholders are members of the General Incorporated Association Takanotai Country Club, which leases land from the Company. Since the golf course grounds still contain many leased parcels, the Company believes it is necessary to acquire land within these grounds to ensure the proper operation of the club.
Based on these considerations, the Company's basic profit distribution policy is to prioritize building internal reserves for land acquisition rather than paying dividends.
Accordingly, the Company has decided not to pay dividends for the current fiscal period.
The decision authority regarding dividend distributions of surplus is the shareholders' meeting.
Internal reserves will be used to acquire land from landowners within the golf course grounds.

Our basic dividend policy prioritizes building internal reserves for land acquisition over paying dividends. We use retained earnings to purchase land from landowners within our golf course properties. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for any surplus dividends.
