<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic dividend policy is to strengthen our financial position and build internal reserves to support future business growth, while providing shareholders with stable, long-term returns on their investment.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">We have adopted a basic policy of paying dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the year. The dividend amount is determined by the shareholders' meeting.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">For the current fiscal year, based on our basic policy and after comprehensively considering our financial performance and future business plans, we have increased the regular dividend by 1 yen to 41 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">We will use retained earnings primarily to maintain and strengthen our financial position and to fund investments necessary for future business development, thereby working to enhance corporate value.</p>
