<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 42px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic policy is to build a stable long-term management foundation by strengthening retained earnings while providing shareholders with stable dividends.<br/>The Company implements dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the period, by resolution of the Board of Directors.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 42px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Based on the above policy, dividends for the current period are set at 6 yen per share for common stock, the same as the previous period, and 48 yen per share for Class A preferred stock.<br/>The surplus dividends for this fiscal year are as follows.</p>
