The Company's basic policy is to strengthen its management foundation and financial position while maintaining adequate internal reserves for future business development. At the same time, we are committed to returning profits to shareholders in a manner that meets their expectations, with the aim of providing stable dividends. The Company distributes surplus earnings twice annually—as interim dividends and year-end dividends. Year-end dividends are determined by shareholder resolution at the general meeting held at the end of each fiscal year, while interim dividends are distributed in cash by board resolution based on September 30 of each year, as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation.
We regret to inform you that no dividend will be paid at this time.
Going forward, we are committed to improving profitability and financial condition, strengthening our management foundation, and working toward profit returns to shareholders as we monitor business performance trends.

The Company maintains a basic policy of stable dividends while building up internal reserves to strengthen its management foundation and support future business development, while also considering profit returns to shareholders.
