The Company's basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends while taking into account the strengthening of internal reserves to enhance management soundness.
The Company's dividend distribution is based on two payments per fiscal year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
In the current fiscal year, the Company recorded a net loss of 103 million yen, and consequently decided to forgo the year-end dividend.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for the ability to pay interim dividends.
