<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>

As a bank fulfilling its public mission, our basic policy is to strengthen our management foundation over the long term while maintaining stable and continuous dividend payments.

To enable flexible dividend policy implementation, our Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend payments may be determined by Board of Directors resolution in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act. For this fiscal year, interim dividends are determined by Board of Directors resolution, while year-end dividends are determined by shareholders' meeting.

For this fiscal year, in accordance with our stable dividend policy, we have set the interim dividend at 25 yen per share and the year-end dividend at 25 yen per share.

Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthen our management foundation through operational efficiency improvements and enhanced profitability, thereby contributing to regional economic vitalization.
