<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Since our founding, the Company has consistently regarded the return of profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Under this policy, we determine year-end dividends by taking into account the Company's business performance and financial condition for each fiscal period.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to distribute retained earnings once per year through year-end dividends. The year-end dividend is approved by the shareholders' meeting, while interim dividends are approved by the Board of Directors.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, we have decided to pay a dividend of 30 yen per share (consisting entirely of regular dividends of 30 yen). This results in a dividend payout ratio of 8.9% for the fiscal year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">We intend to use retained earnings for strategic investments in growth areas based on our medium- to long-term business plans.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends with a record date of September 30 each year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The retained earnings dividends for the current fiscal year are as follows:</p>
