Our basic dividend policy is to strengthen our financial foundation by building up internal reserves to prepare for future business development and strategic investments in a rapidly changing competitive environment, while responding to the support of our shareholders.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making authority for dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting.
Based on the above policy, for the dividend in the 69th fiscal period, the 69th Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on March 27, 2025 approved a dividend of 3,500 yen per share, totaling 7,861 million yen.
Regarding retained earnings, we will make strategic investments in technology development and manufacturing capabilities to enhance our competitiveness and secure long-term shareholder value in response to anticipated changes in the business environment.

Our basic dividend policy is to strengthen our management foundation by building up internal reserves while responding to shareholder support. We distribute dividends once per year as a final dividend. We reinvest retained earnings in technology development and manufacturing capabilities to enhance competitiveness and secure future shareholder value.
