<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:9pt;text-indent:9pt;">The Company has issued Class A Preferred Shares, which are dividend preference shares. As our policy for profit distribution and retained earnings allocation from the new fiscal year onward, we plan to prioritize the acquisition and retirement of Class A Preferred Shares, work to secure surplus funds and acquisition capital, and realize the resumption of dividends at an early stage. During the current fiscal year, we regret to inform you that we have deferred the year-end dividend, continuing from the previous fiscal year. The Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that, in addition to paying a dividend of surplus once per year as a year-end dividend by resolution of the shareholders' meeting, interim dividends may be paid by resolution of the Board of Directors.<br/> </p>

<p>Our basic policy is to prioritize the acquisition and retirement of Class A preferred shares and work to secure surplus funds and acquisition capital, with the aim of resuming dividends at an early stage. Dividends are paid once a year as a year-end dividend, and interim dividends may also be implemented.</p>
