The Company recognizes stable profit returns to shareholders as its highest priority. Our basic policy is to distribute profits while considering earnings performance, while establishing a resilient management foundation and strengthening our financial base to withstand changes in market conditions.

The Company's dividend of surplus is paid once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend as our basic policy. The decision-making body for dividends is the shareholders' meeting.

For the current fiscal year, the dividend of surplus is set at 7 yen per share.

Retained earnings are reserved for future business development.
