<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to pay dividends consistently based on consolidated earnings performance. We also prioritize maintaining a sound financial position and strengthening our management foundation by building adequate internal reserves for future business development. Dividend decisions are made by comprehensively considering all these factors.<br/>Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. However, our articles of incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year.<br/>The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors.<br/>For the fiscal year ended March 2016, based on the above policy, we have decided to pay a year-end dividend of 4 yen per share (ordinary dividend).<br/>Details of dividends for the current fiscal year are as follows.</p>
