Our basic policy is to conduct dividends on a continuous and stable basis while working to strengthen retained earnings and improve return on equity from a long-term viewpoint.</p>

Accordingly, we regret to inform that we have decided not to pay a year-end dividend.</p>

While the year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid once per year in February based on a resolution of the Board of Directors.</p>

<p>Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends while strengthening retained earnings and improving return on equity. We distribute dividends once per year as a year-end dividend in principle, and our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends.</p>
