<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes dividend payments to shareholders as one of its most important policies and believes that dividends should be paid in accordance with earnings.
At the same time, we believe it is important to determine dividend amounts while taking into account retained earnings necessary to maintain the sound operation of our business, as this secures shareholders' interests in the future.
Dividends from retained earnings are paid once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making body for such dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting.
 
For the current fiscal period, ordinary income was 22 million yen and net income was 15 million yen. At the ordinary shareholders' meeting held on September 24, 2025, the Company decided on a dividend of 30 yen per share for the current fiscal period, with total dividend payments of 45,471 thousand yen.
Regarding retained earnings, we intend to make strategic investments to strengthen our cost competitiveness further and reinforce our technological and manufacturing capabilities to meet market needs in response to anticipated changes in the business environment.

Our basic policy is to pay dividends in accordance with earnings while maintaining sufficient retained earnings to preserve the financial health of our business. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. We plan to use retained earnings for investments that enhance cost competitiveness and strengthen our technology and manufacturing capabilities.
