　Our company's basic policy regarding profit distribution is to strengthen internal reserves while maintaining stable, continuous dividends, taking into account our business performance and operating environment. 　Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend from retained earnings. 　The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for dividend payments from retained earnings. 　Regarding dividend payments for the current period, we have made earnest efforts to improve performance; however, given the continued challenging operating environment and current business results, we regret to inform you that we have decided not to pay a dividend this period.
　We will allocate retained earnings toward effective investments to enhance cost competitiveness and improve manufacturing efficiency in preparation for anticipated changes in the operating environment going forward.

Taking into account business performance and the operating environment, our basic policy is to strengthen internal reserves while maintaining stable, consistent dividends. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. Internal reserves are allocated to strategic investments that enable us to respond to changes in the operating environment, improve cost competitiveness, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
