<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our policy is to implement active and stable dividends as our method of profit distribution.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, and allow the Board of Directors to flexibly distribute surplus dividends based on Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act. Our basic policy is to distribute dividends at the end of each fiscal period.
However, as the Company recorded a net loss for the current fiscal year, we regret to inform you that we have decided to forgo dividend distribution this period.

Our basic policy is to implement dividends that are both aggressive and stable. While our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends and flexible surplus dividends through board resolution, our fundamental approach is to distribute surplus dividends at the end of each fiscal period.
