<p>Our basic policy is to continue paying stable dividends. We have set a target dividend payout ratio of 30% or more as a key indicator in our medium-term management plan. We distribute dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends—as our basic policy. We also maintain a policy of securing retained earnings in consideration of large-scale investments such as the expansion of Haneda Airport's facilities.</p>
