<p>Our basic policy is to target a dividend payout ratio of at least 30% of consolidated net income for the period, while monitoring metrics such as the dividend yield on net assets to provide stable dividends to the extent possible. We implement dividends twice per year (interim and year-end), and reinvest retained earnings in capital expenditures to enhance cost competitiveness and strengthen our technological capabilities and development systems.</p>
