<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable and consistent dividend payments. We distribute dividends twice per year through interim and year-end dividends. For the three-year period from the fiscal year ending December 2023 through the fiscal year ending December 2025, we will implement annual dividends with a minimum of 90 yen per share, based on a dividend payout ratio of 30%.</p>
