<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>

The Company recognizes that improving profitability, strengthening its financial foundation, and enhancing returns to shareholders are important management priorities. We have implemented an active dividend policy with this in mind.

<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">Regarding profit distribution, we aim to enhance shareholder value over the long term by providing appropriate returns based on business performance, considering both short-term and medium- to long-term perspectives.

The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice per fiscal year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

For the current fiscal year, the dividend on surplus is 54 yen per share (including an interim dividend of 27 yen), with a year-end dividend of 27 yen scheduled to be approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders planned for June 19, 2025.

Retained earnings will be used to strengthen the Company's financial position and prepare for future capital needs associated with business expansion.

The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for the payment of interim dividends.
