Management Policy
Mitsubishi Logistics is pursuing sustainable growth under its purpose "Supporting Today. Challenging Tomorrow," established in fiscal 2024. To realize this, the company has adopted the "MLC2030 Vision," aiming to support society's foundation by deploying total logistics and urban development solutions globally.
The management plan for fiscal 2025-2030 will drive five growth strategies. First, the company will accelerate its logistics business by strengthening total logistics services and improving quality. In real estate, it will expand into new asset classes and fully operationalize its asset-rotation business model.
Expanding overseas operations is another key strategy. Focusing on ASEAN, North America, and India as priority regions, the company will accelerate business growth through partnerships, targeting revenue scale more than double that of fiscal 2024 by fiscal 2030. The company will also leverage advanced technology to improve operational processes and create new businesses.
Additionally, Mitsubishi Logistics will strengthen its group management foundation by enhancing human capital management and risk management. In its financial strategy, the company targets DOE of 4% or higher by 2030 while maintaining net assets at approximately 400 billion yen. This aims to achieve operating profit of 63 billion yen, net profit of 41 billion yen, and ROE of 10% or higher.
The company also prioritizes sustainability management, focusing on providing disaster-resilient infrastructure services, addressing climate change, and creating innovation through advanced technology. Through these initiatives, Mitsubishi Logistics aims to achieve sustainable growth and contribute to solving social challenges.
