<p>Our basic dividend policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends over the medium to long term, targeting a dividend payout ratio of 30%. Currently, we pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, though our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends to be paid in the future if needed. We aim to strengthen our financial foundation by building internal reserves, while pursuing business expansion investments and other initiatives to enhance corporate value.</p>
