<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Our basic policy is to prioritize returning profits to shareholders while maintaining stable and continuous dividends, taking into account the need to preserve internal reserves. During the current fiscal year, as we are in a business expansion phase, we have prioritized securing internal reserves to strengthen our management foundation and pursue aggressive business development. Accordingly, we have decided to forgo a year-end dividend, taking into consideration our financial condition and current business performance.Going forward, we plan to implement dividends by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratio, and future growth strategies.
