<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group is currently in a growth phase and aims to strengthen our financial position for long-term business stability and pursue continuous business expansion. For this reason, we believe it is important to build up retained earnings. Since our company's establishment, we have not paid dividends, and no dividends have been paid in the current fiscal year.
However, we recognize maximizing shareholder returns as one of our important management objectives. Regarding future dividend payments to shareholders, we will consider them comprehensively in light of business performance trends, financial condition, future business and investment plans, while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. Retained earnings will be allocated according to our future business strategy, including capital expenditures for new facility expansion and personnel costs associated with hiring.
When we pay dividends from surplus, we plan to conduct dividend payments once per fiscal year at the end of the year, with a record date of September 30 each year. The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for dividend payments. Our Articles of Incorporation also provide that the Board of Directors may resolve to pay interim dividends.

Currently, the company is in a growth phase and prioritizes building internal reserves, so no dividends are being paid at this time. Going forward, the company will consider implementing dividends by comprehensively taking into account business performance, financial condition, and business plans, while maintaining a balance with internal reserves. Internal reserves will be allocated to capital expenditures for expanding new locations and personnel costs. If dividends are implemented, they are planned to be distributed once annually as a year-end dividend.
