Dividend Policy
<p>We recognize returning profits to shareholders as one of our most important initiatives. Our policy is to strengthen shareholder equity and improve profitability while enhancing profit returns to shareholders. We distribute dividends twice annually as a basic policy—interim and year-end dividends—with both decided by the Board of Directors. We use retained earnings for capital investments such as logistics facility development and vehicle replacement to strengthen our financial position.</p>
