<p>Our basic policy is to maintain long-term stable dividends by comprehensively considering the need to retain earnings in response to business performance and capital requirements, while taking into account dividend payout ratio and DOE (Dividend on Equity). Dividends are primarily paid once annually as a year-end dividend, though our articles of incorporation also permit interim dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to strengthen our financial position through debt repayment and to fund strategic growth investments, with the aim of enhancing corporate value.</p>
