<p>We aim to maintain stable, long-term dividends by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratio, return on equity, and other factors. We pay dividends twice annually. Under our 9th Medium-Term Management Plan, we target a dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher on a consolidated basis over three years. We reinvest retained earnings in capital investments such as warehouse facilities, vehicle purchases, and information system upgrades to strengthen our operational foundation.</p>
