<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as an important policy. Our basic approach is to provide stable and continuous dividends while maintaining adequate retained earnings. We implement dividends twice a year (interim and year-end). Through June 2025, we target a dividend on equity (DOE) of 4.0% or higher, and for the June 2026-2028 fiscal years, we aim to maintain progressive dividends with a DOE target of 5.0%.</p>
