<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">Our basic policy on profit distribution is to enhance earnings per share by improving profitability, and based on that profitability, to actively return profits to shareholders through measures such as dividend increases, while taking into account the strengthening of our corporate foundation and securing internal reserves necessary for future business development. In accordance with this basic policy, we maintain a dividend payout ratio of approximately 20%, and we will adjust dividends in line with changes in net income for the period.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, we have set the dividend per share at 20 yen.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution. The decision-making body for surplus dividends is the shareholders' meeting or board of directors for year-end dividends, and the board of directors for interim dividends. In accordance with the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the board of directors may resolve to acquire treasury shares and pay dividends. Additionally, in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the board of directors may resolve to pay interim dividends with September 30 as the record date each year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 12px">We intend to allocate retained earnings to operating loans to strengthen our business operations.</p>
