<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities and is committed to continuing stable dividend payments as its basic policy.
Except where otherwise provided by law, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend distributions and other surplus distributions may be determined by Board of Directors resolution without requiring a shareholders' meeting resolution.
However, due to five consecutive fiscal periods of operating losses on a standalone basis, the Company will not pay a year-end dividend.
The Company is committed to establishing a stable operating profit structure and aims to resume dividend payments at the earliest opportunity.

We position returning profits to shareholders as one of our top management priorities, with a basic policy of providing stable and continuous dividends. Currently, we are not paying dividends due to operating losses, but we are working to build a system that ensures stable operating profits and aim to resume dividends at an early stage.
