<p>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders by comprehensively considering business performance, financial condition, and other factors, while maintaining stability and continuity from a medium to long-term perspective. While we aim to pay dividends twice per year in principle, we currently implement only an annual dividend at the fiscal year-end. We plan to invest retained earnings effectively in business areas with strong profitability and growth potential.</p>
