Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to prioritize the continuation of stable dividends while returning profits in line with business performance. During the Fifth Medium-Term Management Plan period, we will maintain a minimum annual dividend per share of 40 yen and target a total payout ratio of 50% or more on a consolidated basis. We will pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends—as a standard practice. Retained earnings will be reserved for future capital strategies and business development.</p>
